Moroni D. Shelton
Moroni was born in Provo, Utah and was raised in Florida, Texas and Missouri. He returned to Utah to pursue his legal career after graduating from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he also earned a Certificate in Business Advising. While in law school, he gained experience through internships with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Dexter & Dexter, the Orem Courthouse and earned a Business Advising Certification.
Before beginning his legal career, Moroni proudly served our country in the United States Army. The values and discipline he developed through his military service continue to guide his approach to life and to the practice of law.
Moroni is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Utah. He focuses his practice primarily in the areas of Criminal Defense, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, and Contract Law. He is passionate about helping clients navigate legal challenges with clarity and confidence while ensuring their rights and interests are fully protected.
In his spare time, Moroni enjoys scuba diving, motorcycle rides, and going to the movies.
