Mitchell A. Robinson
Mitchell Robinson grew up in Denver, Colorado, where he attended Regis Jesuit High School. In 2011, he graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a degree in English literature. During his undergraduate years, he published literary criticism on the work of Thomas Hardy and served a church mission in Fort Worth, Texas.
As was always his dream, Mitch next attended J. Reuben Clark Law School. In addition to making the Dean’s List and clerking for Dexter & Dexter, he interned at the Utah County Attorney’s Office, where he acquired his lifelong passion for criminal law.
In 2014, Mitch began his legal career in Colorado. As an associate of Anest, Swingle, & Arant, he litigated contract, bankruptcy, HOA, and domestic relations matters. In 2016, he joined Susan Fuller & Associates to focus his caseload on divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, adoptions, and collection of child support arrears.
After returning to Utah in December 2021, Mitch served as the public defender for Orem misdemeanor cases, tirelessly representing hundreds of clients from arraignment all the way to trial. This prepared him well for his current role at Dexter & Dexter, where he daily fights for clients in the realms of criminal defense and personal injury.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Mitch enjoys penning murder mysteries, playing golf and chess, and mastering Beethoven piano sonatas.
